SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Please note that we use print-on-demand fulfillment, so each item is made to order just for you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by location:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe (UK, EU countries): 10-20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- Other International: 10-30 business days
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
International Shipping We ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and select countries in Europe, Asia, and Oceania. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Shipping Issues If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at orders@byfaith5.org and we'll help track down your package.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
